This includes a single registration for all 3 days, you get a 10x20 spot (that's 10 feet wide by 20 feet deep). If you want, this should allow you enough space behind your 10x10 booth to camp. There will be about 2-3 feet between spaces. One person is registered for the event with each vendor space. Any helpers must register separately. If you want a second spot, there is an additional $25 charge, which includes a second registration. This is only available to single vendors, not multiple vendors sharing spaces, and is not included as part of the vendor fee refund. Depending on when you register, all vendors and readers are eligable to a partial refund of their $50. This is how it works. The regular registration fees (which are included in the $50 fee), work as follows; Adults/Teens $30 / $15.... by Mar 15 $35 / $20.... by April 15 $40 / $25.... by May 15 $45 / $30.... at the gate A vendor who registers before March 15 pays the $50, which includes the $30 registration fee. This entitles the vendor to a $20 refund, if they do not leave before Monday. If the vendor also does a workshop, there is an additional refund of $5 per workshop, for a maximum of 3 workshops. If a vendor registers between March 16 and April 15, they pay the $50, which includes the $35 registration fee. This entitles the vendor to a $15 refund, if they do not leave before Monday. If the vendor also does a workshop, there is an additional refund of $5 per workshop, for a maximum of 3 workshops. If a vendor registers between April 16 and May 15, they pay the $50, which includes the $40 registration fee. This entitles the vendor to a $10 refund, if they do not leave before Monday. If the vendor also does a workshop, there is an additional refund of $5 per workshop, for a maximum of 3 workshops. If a vendor registers between May 16 and May 20, they pay the $50, which includes the $45 registration fee. This entitles the vendor to a $5 refund, if they do not leave before Monday. If the vendor also does a workshop, there is an additional refund of $5 per workshop, for a maximum of 3 workshops.
